Lora Vance Realty - property management
Marlys started her working career on Balboa Island in retail in the 60's
(including selling donuts at the famous Dads Donuts"). After helping to operate a
restaurant in St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands she returned home to manage the
front office of a well known landscape architect firm. In 1982 Marlys decided to
join her Mother's office in sharing the joy of this wonderful location" both selling and leasing property on Balboa Island and in Orange County.
Since then Marlys has achieved her Brokers license and after Lora's retirement,
Marlys continues to maintain the family business, specializing in sales, leases,
vacation rentals and property management.
Our team at Lora Vance Realty consists of:
Mary Martin: Mary has been with Lora Vance Realtor since 2007. Mary started
in our office transfeming our Property Management accounting system from being
manually reconciled to being performed on the computer. After having worked
with our company for 3 years, Mary found that she really enjoyed working with
our clients and servicing our properties in every aspect so decided to study the
business and acquired her Real Estate license in 2010. Now a newly licensed Real
Estate agent, Mary has accomplished the full gamut of our business.
Barbara Nielsen: Barbara has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1985.
After having managed property in the Los Angeles area since the mid 70's,
Barbara decided to move to Newport Beach and placed her license with us in
2006. Barbara's high end experience in the fashion industry, working direct with
designers and high end clientele, has made for an easy transition into her real
estate sales career.
Pam White: Pam started her career working for her father-in-law, Burr White.
After acquiring her Brokers license she acquired the family business and
continued to run a successful brokerage until 1997 at which time she sold her
company and retired to other interests. In 2008, Pam decided that she missed
Real Estate. Being that her husband is in constnrction, Pam decided to utilize her
license once again. Lora Vance Realty has been a perfect fit and Pam's longevity
in the business is truly an asset to our company.
Anthony Porter: Anthony has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2000.
After having worked in the exteminating business for 25 years, in addition to
having worked on homes all over orange County, it was only natural for him to
